La Manoushería - Horno tradicional Libanés

Our History

Long before the reign of Ferdinand II of Aragon and Isabella I of Castile, before the Arab conquest of Spain and the subsequent Reconquest, long before the Roman Empire and the Punic Wars, our ancestors arrived on the shores of the Iberian Peninsula around 1,100 BC to trade and rest after weeks of sailing.

From the farthest shores of the eastern Mediterranean to the far west, the Iberians and Phoenicians exchanged customs and customs, trading metal, artifacts, and sitting down at a table to share a meal together.

In order to revive the memory of those who bequeathed us their ways, uses and enjoy the communion of an exquisite traditional Lebanese food; La Manoushería, after 3,120 years of cultural explosion in the Mediterranean Sea, arrives to bring to Spain the traditional Lebanese Manoushé.
